  1. What are the technical requirements needed to participate in this virtual event?

  2. To participate in The Virtual Summit for Workforce Management, you need an Internet connection and a web browser. We will be using WebEx for the conference sessions, and you may need to download some software to your computer. There is also a WebEx app available for your phone or tablet as well. The Sponsor Showcase and registration for specific web seminars will be on a separate website.

  3. I signed up for sessions when I registered and paid for my connection to the event. Do I still need to register for the sessions I want to attend on this site?

  4. Yes, you will register on this site for the sessions you want to attend, which will automatically register you for the sessions in WebEx. You will then receive notifications from WebEx and instructions to attend each event.

  5. What happens once I register for a session at the virtual conference on this site?

  6. Once you register, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to connect to the session via WebEx on the scheduled date.

  7. Will I have access to the recordings and materials?

  8. All session materials will be posted on the agenda on this website prior to the session. All conference sessions will be recorded and posted on this website under the Recordings tab at the top of the page within 24 hours of the live session, so you can view all virtual conference sessions at your convenience. However, note that you must be logged into this site to see the recordings and presentation materials.

  9. Who can I call if I have technical issues with WebEx?
