Jennifer Waite is responsible for defining and implementing marketing strategies to support inContact’s cloud contact center solutions including market position, market segmentation, launch plans, and messaging. Jen focuses on the inContact outbound dialing, social, mobile and SMS solutions. As a recognized leader in the industry, she is also the co-chair of the inContact Champions & Visionary Council, their customer council.

At the age of 14, her first part-time job was as an agent on the phones and she worked with this company for over a decade moving up to supervisor, manager and trainer. In 2000, she began working with a contact center consulting company that also specialized in quality monitoring, TPG TeleManagement, a leading marketing firm supporting call center programs for Fortune 500 companies. Jen held the position of Vice President of Product Support and Design Services where she led the creative design for all clients, implemented custom reporting and the oversaw the team of support specialists for all online technology. As an evangelist for this industry, she enjoys sharing her experiences in hopes of creating the most effective and efficient customer interactions.
